Returns:
We require the item returned to us before we refund or send out a replacement item. This is to protect against fraudulent claims. At our discretion, we may authorize you to keep the original item.

Refunds:
We refund at our discretion and on a case by case basis. We try and be fair and honest in our refund process. Refunds happen for reasons like delayed shipment, incorrect item, damaged item, etc. There are many different situations we face so we must be flexible in our refund policy to accommodate all the different situations that arise.

Shirts & Hoodies: Damaged Item / Low Quality Print
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.  We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
